'With Jesus, we learn as a joyful family and flourish to be the best that we can be'
Welcome to our class blog. This term, our bloggers are Lydia and Paddy. We will be keeping you up to date with all the exciting things happening around school and in our classroom.
This half term, we have been doing some gymnastics in PE. We looked at different balances and travel and used our fantastic PE equipment!
"Anti-bullying week 2017 - All different All equal"
This week we have been doing lots of work about anti-bullying. On Monday, we all wore odd socks to celebrate how we are all different and unique whilst raising money for charity! We have also talked about what it means to be different and looked at ways to celebrate our differences and help look after each other. Check out our "We are unique" display :)
This Friday (13th October) we finally got an opportunity to race our super cars! We were so impressed with how fast they went, and our parents came to watch too.
On Tuesday and Friday, some year 6 students went to build rocket cars at Brownedge High School. We used certain materials like polystyrene, plastic wheels and feltips. We had so much fun!
Lately, we have been doing a dance in PE. It is really fun and it is all about survival!
This is an example of them.
The chaplaincy team have launched a new rosary bead making club. The 10 beads represent 10 Hail Mary prayers and the bead in the middle represents The Lord's Prayer.
This amazing club is every Wednesday at 12:30 - ask a member of the team for more information.
