Homework

Homework

Each week, children will bring home an arithmetic activity on a Friday which is to be completed by the following Thursday at the latest. Class Dojos are rewarded for the completion of this task. In addition to this, we will have weekly spellings handed out on a Friday and these will be tested weekly. The main focus for our spellings is the Year 5/6 spelling list which all children have a copy of in their homework books for extra practice. Occasionally, children may bring home some additional homework if necessary.

Children are expected to read for 15 minutes a day. Please ensure this is logged in their reading records so we can keep up to date with the book changes and keep a record for the 150 read challenge.

Below is a list of websites which children can access from home for any extra practice in different subjects. If children need a new copy of their purple mash or interactive resources log in - please don't hesitate to contact Mr McNally.
