Welcome to Haydock Class

Welcome back Haydock Class! I hope you are ready for lots of exciting learning in the year ahead.

 A few things to remember:

  • Remember to bring your reading books in every day and put them in the box as you arrive.
  • Bring your PE kits in in the first week and keep them on your peg. We will send them home every half term to be washed. Please make sure your P.E kit, including pumps, has your name on. Our P.E days are Tuesday and Thursday..
  • Spellings will be sent home on a Monday and should be returned to your class teacher by Friday
  • Your show and tell day is the same day as your book changing day. If bringing something in, please bring one item that can fit in your red bag and please do not bring anything to school that is valuable or breakable, Thank you.
  • Please do not bring rucksacks or big bags to school as we have not got room in the cloakroom for them.

Thank you for your continued support.

Coming in/ hometime.

Arrangements for arriving at school in September

Haydock Class will enter the school through the KS1 door on the car park (The one where you come in for school discos and bingo.) We open the doors at 8.45am ready to start the register at 8.55am.

Haydock Class will leave the premises at 3.15pm through the same door they entered school. If parents/carers could wait at the corner of Haydock Class for their child come out that would be great. That way, we can see all the adults much more easily. Thank you.

Please note: There are scooter and bike racks on the back of the kitchen wall in the car park for KS1 children to use. Please DO NOT leave your scooter in the old racks or by the fence. This is area is for KS2 children only. Thank you.
