Roald Dahl Day
On Roald Dahl day, we studied 'Matilda' and created our own dream or nightmare teachers!
We then tried to draw Matilda in the style of Quentin Blake. We have some budding artists in Mary class!
Later in the day, we watched a video showing Matilda's powers and conducted a Science experiment - our aim was to make an object move without touching it! We used different magnets to try and move objects and made the iron filings dance without touching them. Magic!
