Think back to your work so far on healthy meals. We have all planned a healthy sandwich.

Maybe you've had a go at making yours at home. 


Talk to your grown up about your design or meal. Think about your planned ingredients and think about what made your meal/design healthy. 

If you did have a go at making your sandwich, what did it taste like? How did it look? 


Use the sandwich evaluation template below to reflect on what you have made and the skills you used (chopping, grating, slicing, speading). You could also think about any changes you might make if you were going to make your sandwich again.
