Hello again everyone, it’s now the final week of the summer term. I hope that you are all doing ok, it has been a strange term for us all and we have missed you so much and can’t wait to see you all again.

Thank you once for your continued hard work throughout this term, it has been lovely seeing what you have been up to and knowing that you are working hard, keeping going at a range of activities across the curriculum.

I have added work for you for this week. Once again there are English and Maths tasks each day and a slightly different Guided Reading this week which isn’t on Purple Mash, but involves watching a clip all about the History of Lego – I hope you enjoy this.

Don’t forget to log on to your Purple Mash, there are a few activities linked to your RE topic of Islam this week as well as our Science topic of Electricity.

You might want to look in the PE folder too and try out some of the challenges – can you compete against your family members? Send us photos of you having a go at these.

Remember if you need anything at all or need to contact me; don't forget you can email me through Purple Mash. If you have completed any work as a word document this can be attached to your emails on Purple Mash so that we can see it – maybe choose your favourite piece of work you have done and send it to us. You can also email a selfie of yourself, or photographs of some of the work you have completed at home by sending an email to the school office: We also have our class blog too on Purple Mash that you can access by clicking on ‘Sharing’ and ‘Shared Blogs.’ Other children in the class have set up their own blogs too and you can access these by going to Computing – 2blog – Pupil Blogs.

Don’t forget your activities linked to May being the Month of Mary – we would love to see these!

Take care, keep safe and keep smiling,

Miss Proctor and Mr Smart
