WW2 Workshop
The children had a visit from a member of History Alive. She spoke to the children about what life was like on the ‘home front’ in the local area during World War 2. They learnt how life was different during a time where the British people had to live normal lives during destruction, bombing, evacuation and rationing. The children also got the chance to investigate different artefacts and to dress up in clothes from the era.
