Library Visit - Woodcock, by Mrs Aitken

Woodcock class enjoyed a visit from Caroline from the library. The children were very excited to see the books she brought with her and voted on which sounded the best.
Dead Yard Seeds of Doom by P J Killburn was the winner. We now have a list of children waiting to read the book!

Woodcock class have been learning to play the Glockenspiel in their music lessons! We've been listening to different Jazz songs and learning to play a song called Bacharach Anorak.

The children tested a variety of materials (salt, coffee, jam, butter, wax) to see if they dissolved in the solvent (water).
